Years of study later (while discovering my unicorns were not ‘all that’), I graduated from San Diego State University earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Graphic Design.
I began my career as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator working for Authentic Images creating collectible products for star athletes such as Michael Jordan, Mickey Mantle, and current MLB players, as well as the most popular characters from, Disney, Star Wars, Warner Bros. and many others.
After developing a strong understanding of the print process, I then moved on to work for KFMB Stations as a Senior Designer. At KFMB I gained substantial knowledge of website design, along with working directly with clients and collaborating among team members. There I realized how much I really enjoyed both the project and the process.
I then took a leap of faith to pursue full-time my freelance business, Eiffel Graphics. The decision could not have been a better fit for both me and my family.
Today, I continue to grow my skills with each and every project alongside the rapid advances of one of my favorite mediums, the Mac, in addition to the popular iphone, ipad and...what else may follow the “i” in years to come.
It has been over eighteen exciting years as a professional Graphic Designer. Being raised from sketch pad first to mouse pad last has kept me focused on traditional approaches to my design. And, although I have yet to be hired to draw a majestic unicorn leaping over a rainbow, I still love what I do.
